House of Power
A way of living shaped in the Gulf, taken far beyond it.
Where Life Expands
Grandar is conceived as a place to belong. The name itself carries “dar”, the Arabic word for home, reflected in spaces made for family, privacy, hospitality and life lived at scale. A yacht that expand yours life and removes limitation.
For me, real Arab luxury is not spectacle. It is generosity and feeling of home. Long tables, plenty of food, family and friends coming together, coffee, dates and shisha. A space that makes everyone want to stay. Grandar brings that world onto the water, protected from whatever is happening outside.

A Modern Majlis at Sea
Grand proportions, shaded outdoor living and relaxed spaces designed for family life give the yacht the scale to host properly without losing the intimacy of home.
Yachts You Can Trust
Grandar yachts build on heavily tested commercial platforms and decades of offshore shipbuilding experience. Four priorities define the technical platform: safety, climate control, motion comfort and green operation.
Offshore Safety Standards
Fire protection, flooding resilience, redundancy and critical systems are engineered with substantial safety margins for continuous year-round operation even if extreme conditions arise. Bureau Veritas standards are incorporated into the safety architecture from inception.
Comfort, Without Conditions
Heat, dust and harsh sun stay outside. Grandar maintains cool, clean interiors and pristine water at full occupancy, with HEPA filtration, UV-reducing glazing and meshrabiya-inspired architectural shade protecting the spaces within. Designed for +50°C air and +38°C water.
The Sea, Under Control
Fire protection, flooding resilience, redundancy and critical systems are engineered with substantial safety margins for continuous year-round operation even if extreme conditions arise. Bureau Veritas standards are incorporated into the safety architecture from inception.
Green Operation
Grandar approaches sustainability through smarter technology. The aim is to reduce energy use, waste and environmental impact while preserving the comfort, range and freedom of a large yacht. Heat recovery, efficient power management, water treatment and responsible material choices all serve that goal.
Form With a Reason
Strong proportions give Grandar presence. Deep overhangs create shade. Transformable spaces respond to the climate.
Regional architectural principles inform the design without turning it into decoration.
